Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $20 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Operating power tools that could include drills, jackhammers, power saws, mixers, and more.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools and transport to different locations on site.
• Lift tools and materials of different weight that could be 50+ pounds
• Maintain organization and keep area free of hazards and debris
• Assist different trades with various site-related tasks

 Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on a construction site
• Must have reliable transportation to get to the job site
• Work well with others and alone
• Be able to stay on task
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
• Prior experience using Power tools and drills required
• Position may require a drug screen
