Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $31 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, and assemble building components like walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, doors, and windows
- Install finishing materials such as trim, molding, drywall, and flooring
- Perform framing work for structures like walls, roofs, and other load-bearing elements
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely
- Collaborate with other trades to coordinate installation of building systems
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Rough in, Trim
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 Years recent Carpentry experience
- Must have Tools of the Trade
- Must have reliable Transportation
