Job Description

PeopleReady (PRST) is hiring for upcoming projects. As Journeyman Commercial Electrician with PRST, you?ll support electrical contractors throughout the Tucson Area. In this role, you'll enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Performing duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
• Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, and other electrical components. 
• Bend and install various types of conduit, including EMT, Rigid, and PVC. 
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and recommend solutions. 
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams. 
• Install electrical systems according to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure they are following safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects 
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed. 

 Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 Years Commercial Electrical experience
• Must have tools of the trade
• Must have verifiable work experience
• Must have reliable transportation
