Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Resident Service Assistant:

• Greet existing and potential future residents as directed
• Provide residents with courteous and professional service as directed
• Create and Maintain Accurate Community Records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Applications
• Assist in maintaining all office files
• Ensure office tidiness and appearance by keeping the area clean and organized at all times
• Receive monthly rent checks from Residents for the Owner

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must be experienced with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Office Filing
• Work Days: Monday through Friday
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Lunch from Noon to 1:00 PM)
• Background check and drug screening required
• Motor Vehicle Report
