Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Front Desk Coordinator:

• Answer phone calls: Provide prompt and courteous customer service while handling inquiries and directing calls as needed.
• Manage emails: Respond to customer emails, send updates, and ensure timely communication with clients.
• Outreach to prospective clients: Draft and send engaging emails to attract interest in the business, follow up with phone calls, and share key information about services.
• Bookkeeping tasks: Maintain accurate financial records, assist with invoicing, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Marketing responsibilities: Support marketing efforts, including social media content creation, assisting with campaigns, and ensuring consistent branding.
• Compensation: Position is paid bi-weekly, offering a reliable and consistent payment schedule

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Basic computer skills 
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred 
• Drug Test Required
