Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Hours: Monday , Friday | 8-hour shifts *potential overtime*
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure
- Install and maintain water supply systems in new structures
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines
- Install new fixtures or replace faulty fixtures
- Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems.
Qualifications:
- Current/active Journey Plumber license
- Comfortable working all phases of construction to include underground, rough, and trim
- Own all plumbing hand and power tools, and have the ability to bring them to work everyday
- Experience working PVC, CPVC, Copper, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Pex, and expert knowledge of fittings and other plumbing materials
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the Commercial Plumbing field required
