Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:

• Assist in the production of concrete products, including mixing, pouring, forming, and finishing
• Operate machinery such as mixers, forklifts, and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare molds and forms, including cleaning, assembling, and applying release agents
• Monitor concrete consistency and ensure proper measurements and batching
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous experience in concrete, construction, or manufacturing is a plus   
• Able to be in a stationary position for up to 10 hours 
• Able to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail
• Must be bilingual (Spanish) 
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Work in outdoor and indoor environments, including exposure to dust and varying weather conditions
