Production Worker
PeopleReady of Plant City, FL is now hiring Production Workers! As a Production Worker, you will assemble and inspect products and ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:
- Assist in the production of concrete products, including mixing, pouring, forming, and finishing
- Operate machinery such as mixers, forklifts, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare molds and forms, including cleaning, assembling, and applying release agents
- Monitor concrete consistency and ensure proper measurements and batching
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Previous experience in concrete, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
- Able to be in a stationary position for up to 10 hours
- Able to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Work in outdoor and indoor environments, including exposure to dust and varying weather conditions
