Pay Rate:
What you'll be doing as a Line Cook:
- Food Preparation: Chop, slice, marinate, and portion ingredients for line stations prior to service
- Execution & Plating: Line Cook food to order (sautéing, grilling, frying, baking) and plate dishes according to resort presentation standards
- Station Management: Set up, stock, and break down kitchen stations efficiently to minimize waste and ensure smooth service flow
- Sanitation & Safety: Strictly adhere to food safety guidelines, including maintaining correct food temperatures, labeling and rotating stock, and sanitizing workstations
- Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with prep Line Cooks, expediters, and front-of-house staff to ensure timely order delivery and special dietary modifications

Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Experience: Typically 1–3 years of culinary experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and work comfortably in environments with high temperatures and fast-paced conditions
- Certifications: Active ServSafe Food Handler or equivalent allergen certifications are heavily preferred
